How Microsoft planted Trojan horse in Nokia
3 years ago Microsoft planned to acquire Nokia to complete its smartphone portfolio. Buying it was unaffordable. So instead they planted a trojan horse named Stephen Elop who would call Nokia a "Burning Platform" and change entire operations for worse. Nokia said no to the most popular platform "Android" and adopted the new and risky windows phone. the downfall started.
Years after, company has run out of cash flow and at the verge of falling. Microsoft can afford it now, Microsoft buys Nokia for <8billion, for which market value was double before Elop joined. Thats how you do business.
