Safety recalls are managed by the NHTSA, and if a vehicle is not up to code it is required to be recalled by the manufacturer. Safe cars save lives and therefore motorists are advised to check twice annually for vehicle recalls. To find out if there are any recalls for your vehicle, visit the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s Safety Issues and Recalls.
