Introduction
Andhra Pradesh is famous for its CHUTNEYS. Traditionally Chutneys were prepared using Mortar (Rolu in Telugu) and Pestle (Banda). Because Rolu and Banda are used these Chutneys are known as Roti Pachhallu or Banda Pachallu.
