Sambar - The following picture is un-impressive, because it was one of the earliest recipes hosted by me when my hands were yet to perfect on camera. The procedure explained in the recipe at http://www.gayatrivantillu.com/recipes-2/chaaru-rasam-perugu-pachhallu-etc/sambar 
was criticized as being too elaborate and cumbersome. But those who trust me and prepared share the following as done by Harita Garu
