Bengal Gram – 1 1/2tsps
Black Gram – 1tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2tsp
Green Chilies – 4
Ginger – Small Piece
Curry Leaves – Few
Grated Coconut – 3/4Cup (90gms)
Salt – To Taste (3/4tsp)
Turmeric Powder – A Pinch
Oil – 5tsps
Chopped Coriander – 2Tbsps
