"Dear Gayatri ! I go through your recipes regularly on the u tube. Good job, congrats. I was watching your Charu recipe , and thought of sharing one tip with you. For the thiragamutha I add vaamu also in addition to the list that you put. I follow my late mother- in- law's advice that vaamu helps in digestion and it also enhances the flavour and aroma ! Hope you don't mind my taking this liberty of writing to you. We have been living in Singapore since 1960 and go home to Hybd every Dec for 2 or 3 months. We have raised 5 children ,all married and we are the proud grandparents to 10 grandchildren. I am now 71 years " young" ! . Sorry to bother you with my old story, but  I had to let you know how much I admire your patience and experience. Keep it up. Love.
