Wednesday is mid of week and all working moms look for a bit of respite. They want a quick and healthy recipe for all at home. This is Pappu Kattu - a thin lentil soup having lentils & potatoes. After seasoning we add a dash of lemon and coriander.Enjoy it with hot rice or just dip your bread and devour!!!. Be sure to make a bit more, because all in your family would love to drink a bowl of PAPPU KATTU in the end too.

Back at home while you change your dress, in the pressure cooker all - Lentils, potatoes and rice get cooked. It just needs to be seasoned and served.
