Dosa with Elephant Foot vegetable (Kanda Attu) is almost a forgotten recipe. It took quite a bit of time to arrive at the correct proportions for making a perfect Dosa.

Raw Rice – 1/3Cup (70gms)
Green Gram – 1/3Cup (70gms)
Elephant Foot Pieces (Yam Pieces) – 2/3Cup---slightly heaped (140gms)
Green Chilies – 12 (Spicy)
Ginger – Small Piece
Cumin Seeds – 1/4tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/8tsp
Rock Salt – To Taste (11/4tsp)
Water – 125ml Or as required
