Those who depend heavily on Hotel and Canteen food are likely to have deficiency in Iron and a few other essential micro nutrients. Hotel generally use potato, tomato, carrot, capsicum and paneer. Hardly they use greens and leafy vegetables in their cooking. It is only home made food which gives a balanced diet.
