News broke today demonstrating the significant and very real financial impact of considering anything less than professional, white hat SEO practices. Possibly based on such actions, a company as solid as Expedia suffered both a drop in stock price and, more importantly, a loss of key search phrases from Google's index. For years we have cautioned clients to be careful how they choose to optimize their sites and establish linking strategies—and who they engage to do this work for them—or suffer potential repercussions from search engines. Be careful out there.

Check this stunning and exceptionally well-preserved 7" x 9" platinum matte photograph of philanthropist Andrew Carnegie, mounted on a 10" x 12" dark mat backing on which he has signed his name and inscribed "For Mr. John W. DeVoy, Esq., Brooklyn / New York, December 18th, 1905." Also hand-signed by the photographer in white in the lower right corner is "Davis and Sanford," the prestigious studio founded in 1892 who catered mainly to photographing New York's social elite.

This is insanely great. Now it just remains to be seen how people will use it.

"Hyperlapse videos are a variation of traditional time lapse filmmaking in which the camera travels while also panning, rotating and tilting. The effect can be striking or dizzying. But under normal circumstances, coordinating all that action and turning it into a film is exceedingly complex and time consuming..." New York Times

As a self-employed, work-at-home, all-day-desk-sitting guy of 60, I've suffered for years from low back pain and chronic neck tension, both endemic to the species. I'd gone to numerous chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists, but no one could provide the right long-term solutions for me until I was introduced by a friend to Dr. Lecovin. And it's no stretch at all to say his holistic approach to wellness has changed my life, through a combination of diet, exercise, massage and chiropractic. I also like that he keeps current with the latest treatments in natural medicine and functional movement techniques. One look at him and you know he takes his own advice seriously—and without putting guilt on patients who are less disciplined. I can recommend Geoff without reservation.
