Sorry for the redundancy, but here is an official release with added photos.

Here are some photos of David Tennant examining one of my TARDIS inspired ring boxes while Catherine Tate and John Barrowman celebrate with the bride-t-be. A final shot of the whole group with John Barrowman holding the box.

A client, Keith Darrow, proposed to his now fiance, Sarah Hill at Awesome Con using a TARDIS Cabinets Ring Box. Keith and Sarah host a radio show discussing all things pop culture. Tuesday nights at 8 PM EST on http://radiofradio.com More about them at www.twitter.com/poppedshow and www.facebook.com/poppedshow

I love how the groom-to-be and David Tennant seem to pay more attention to the ring box than anything else. (for a moment, at least)

Congratulations Keith and Sarah

So, this happened.
One of my TARDIS ring boxes being put to good use! Congratulations Whovians!
Captain Jack, holding my blue box. Woohoo!
I'm told David liked it and I'll get photos of that soon.

Okay, Ready yourself for unreal excitement. A very young child on a new, untested slide. Don't worry, the child was not hurt, but WOW!

Happy Friday everybody. Have a peaceful weekend. Be kind to one another, or at least do no harm.
Okay?

The clock, (at least the first one) is finished. This lovely TARDIS-inspired wall clock is hand-made in Oregon using 100% hardwoods & original clock face design. See more at http://etsy.me/2sZ9uPA

Thanks everyone who contributed their opinion on the TARDIS inspired wall clock design. Here's what I've built so far.

Still lots to do but you get the idea. I do really love the blue of the TARDIS but I always admire the natural wood stage of my builds.

Hi friends,

I'm asking for your opinion.

I'm designing a TARDIS inspired wall clock to offer on my shop and I'm not sure which is most appealing.

I've attached the clock face I designed and I like that. I have already begun production of the clock itself. The "engraving" is a familiar quote. (watermark will not be on finished design, of course)

The clock cabinet is my question.

I did some renderings of what I am thinking.

One just very clean and simple, almost Shaker-like in style.

A second with the PTO sign. Technically, the PTO sign in the wrong door panel because the clock face fills up the top two rows of door panels. (if you follow)

The third rendering is with both sign and lamp. A brass Fresnel top lamp. (I have already sourced these) The lamp could be painted blue but I do like the brass look too.

The clock face is 10.5 inches square so the entire clock cabinet will be about 13 inches wide x 26 inches tall. About 3 inches deep.

I wonder which look you might like best? Please let me know and share.

Cheers,

Gary
