WEIGHT LOSS TIP - Do you eat when you are stressed? Ask yourself "What's going on"? Afterwards ask "what can I do?". Perhaps you can take a break or use a squeeze ball or find something practical you need to do for whatever is causing the stress. You can also listen to one of my mp3 tracks at my website. Fun helps balance your life and recharges your batteries. What can you do to have some fun during your day? If you are tight on time find something you can do in 5 or less minutes during your break at work. Have fun!

Imagine good things happening perhaps finishing all your projects at your job, having a good workout, winning the lottery whatever you would like to happen and it doesn't have to be realistic.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP - How often do you binge?? A binge can set you back big time by all the calories, upset stomach, harder to sleep, and feeling bad about doing it. Ask yourself "what was going on" at your last binge?". Then ask yourself "what can I do instead of eating?". Make a plan for the next time.
