While Gamma Etas support breast cancer research and awareness with passion, we don't fully realize our philanthropy's impact until it hits close to home.

Sister Nicolle "Serenity" Vasquez discovered recently that her best friend, Tema, was diagnosed with breast cancer. As we go through this month of awareness, we ask that sisters please keep Tema on your mind and in your hearts. Learn more about Tema and Nicolle: http://buff.ly/1wub6Mq

With your donations, we can help support women who are unable to afford mammograms and give them support. Please donate with Gamma Eta where 100% of proceeds go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation: http://buff.ly/1wub4UA.

Happy Founder's Day! Gamma Eta Sorority, Inc. is celebrating 19 wonderful years of sisterhood sunshine today.

Today is also a day When the Sun Shines Pink. Rather than wearing purple and teal on this day, you will see us in PINK, in honor of our philanthropy Breast Cancer Awareness.

Please support the National Breast Cancer Foundation by providing free mammograms to women in need and general support with your donations: http://buff.ly/1tBHqzJ

It is likely you know someone who has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Perhaps you or your spouse; a relative, coworker, neighbor, sister or friend—chances are someone in your life’s circle has heard the words “You have breast cancer.” World-wide, it happens every 19 seconds! We encourage you to take a moment and think of those currently fighting this terrible disease.

Gamma Eta Sorority, Inc. has partnered with the National Breast Cancer Foundation to provide help and hope to women affected by breast cancer. Many of its efforts target underserved women diagnosed with breast cancer that are unable to afford treatment.

Please help us reach our goal and donate to NCBF: http://buff.ly/1EdHOHk

YOU could have breast cancer right now. Whether you're female, male, white, black, hispanic, gay, straight, high income, low income, or any other kind of background, this deadly disease could be running its course in your chest.

The harsh reality is that 40,000 women and 410 men will die by the end of this year from breast cancer.

Gamma Eta Sorority, Inc. has partnered with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) in order to support the organization's mission to help individuals now by providing help and inspiring hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education and support services. Through donations, NBCF provides free mammograms in all 50 states in order to detect breast cancer early. Please donate to NBCF: http://buff.ly/1EdHOHk
