I ordered a pizza for delivery, it gets to my house COLD and the wrong pizza. So I call and wait an additional 12 minutes on the phone to order the pizza AGAIN. Then I offered to come me in, rather than wait another 45 minutes. They got the order WRONG again!!!! So I had to wait an additonal 15 minutes in the store. JOY!!!

Seriously something wrong with these people? I bought a whole box of cigars for a friend in the UK...as I'm walking out my friend reminds me she only wants 2 boxes. I literally turned around (after they begged to pay in cash) to ask for a refund, only to be shut down completely. All sales are final. Sure if it was the next day, but seriously people? 5 minutes and you take $120? Wow, so I asked to speak to the manager, the guy goes to a back room only to come out and tell me there is no manager today??? Why did he go back there in the first place? Never AGAIN will I do business with these people.
