I use the Encog framework. It's pretty good, but you have to be a Java jock.

It's not just a begginer/expert thing - most people are only able to follow rules set for them, they never create their own and adapt them as time goes.

Because of that, "Agile" can only work with that small (relatively) group of people that already always adapt to change, that is, were already "Agile" before the manifesto and never needed it.

As such, it is necessarily a failure, because it does not model how the people working on the projects actually think and act and how they are constrained by their brains but also by the context they are put in.

This is a request for Amiga disks.  I have serial number 1, and it may be working.  Cant really tell, because I dont have a set of working Kickstart/workbench disks.  I can load a kickstart, but none of the workbenches i have will then load.
Anyone with a set, if you can be so kind, send me some.  Use my fedex to get them to me.  package them like they are invaluable, they are.
thanks
dave

Cool product...
You read that right. Airing has invented a micro CPAP device that has no hoses, no cords, and no masks. And we did it for one reason: too many sleep apnea patients don’t wear their CPAP masks at night. And who can blame them with those awful masks, cords, and hoses? Airing product rendering. It's all about the micro-blowers. Airing is the result of an incredibly happy accident. Airing inventor, Stephen Marsh, was working on an en...

A friend had the misfortune of hiring this lawyer. He was very unprofessional and wasted his money. If you're in need, I would recommend looking for someone else.
