5 Things You Need To Know About The New Features For Google+ Pages:

1. Manager Invitation Email Flexibility
When someone receives an email invitation to be a page manager, they can accept that invitation using any email address. They do not need to use the one to which the invitation was sent. This allows your future co-managers greater flexibility in running your page from the account that works best for them.

2. Notifications Reset
We're really excited to be able to provide your page with our beautiful new notifications format and the red counter. Keep in mind that notifications are not unique to each manager. When one manager logs in to read the notifications, they will reset to 0. The next manager to log in will see the counter at 0 even if there are notifications they have not personally read.

3. Transfer Ownership Before Removing Your Original Account
When the profile owning a page is shut down, the entire page is deleted regardless of whether there are page managers. Make sure that if you're planning to remove the account that built a page you transfer ownership of the page first. Once it's gone, it can't be recovered!

4. Deliver Your Notifications
By going into your page's settings panel, you can add an email address to receive notifications for your page. That may be a shared email alias that your entire team can monitor and respond to.

5. Signing Posts Is More Important Than Ever
You can have up to 50 managers contributing to your page, but readers will not know who is posting what. +Mention yourself or whoever else is behind the content to make sure you're credited!´╗┐
