From Violet age 4 : "Thank you, Michael! The Bilby is so cute and I liked the mask. I wish I could play with you sometime too because that looked fun!"

Pleasure to do business here. I had a problem with my A/C. Robert helped me understand the problem simply and presented me with my choices. Best communication experience at a shop so far. So happy with the service and the cold air in my 18 year old car. This is a gem of an independent shop in my humble opinion. Recommended 👍

Great municipal water park — especially for the 3 to 5 year ages with pool, 4 water slides and one splash town area slide fun for both parents and kids too. After 4 it's only $4 for an hour and a half of fun.

Interesting gift shop in a DOME! + $2 will get you a cup of simple coffee *and* Wi-Fi pass. (networks are week out here.) Great place to chill and take care of interwebery needs before going into or coming out of the national parks.

Great place! Brandon and Eric in the office were courteous and well-spoken. The technicians were friendly too. They had genuine Japanese parts faster than 3 dealers. Great scheduling including loaner car. I did not feel pressured to do unnecessary service. & 2 year/24K warranty on parts/labor. ~Confident I went to a great independent shop. Recommended.

Family owned independent shop in business for 30 years. Prices were more than fair and quick turnaround. Had my battery terminals replaced and an oil change.

This is an old school independent shop where the owner is behind the counter. Michael Johnson has has over 33 years of experience in performance truck suspension and off road parts/accessories (his head tech has been there for 25 years). He was able to offer several options for my vehicle at different price points. If you are near Bend, Oregon and need quality custom shocks, struts, or springs or a lift kit this is where to go. They do stay booked up so call ahead of time.

Ed is amazing. He listened and worked within my budget (was lower than big box store in this case) and did not pressure me to buy other stuff. I got exactly what I hoped for with the new head unit + speakers and a walk through of the basics before leaving. Great experience. This is a hidden gem indie car audio install team IMHO.
