When I was diagnosed with prostate cancer I opted for active holistic surveillance - so I did not have surgery - but a lot of men I speak with who choose surgery have mentioned erectile dysfunction post-treatment. Keith Wegen was diagnosed with prostate cancer at a young 44 and has made it his mission to raise awareness of the disease even to younger men.
