HOW TO DEAL WITH AN ANGRY HOTEL CUSTOMER ??
When you are working in the hospitality industry, the first thing customers expect from you is politeness and courteousness.
      NEVER Argue on Whose Mistake it Was
The best service that you can do to a customer who is upset about something to help him vent out all his frustration.
      AVOID Taking Things Personally
There is no doubt that an upset customer is most likely to behave rudely and arrogantly, you have to really work to train yourself to not to take things personally.
      DO NOT Lose your Calm and be Kind
While a customer is shouting at you, and many of the things he would be speaking would sound absurd or untrue to you, but you have to still remain calm and polite. 
      TRY to Solve the Problem
If you think the problem of the customer can be resolved, the first thing you need to do is work towards a best potential solution to his problem.
       BE Fair
While trying to resolve a customer issue, If you believe the hotel is at fault, make sure that you compensate the customer accordingly.
       FOLLOW Up
Once the issue has been resolved and the customer has checked out, The hotel can send a regret note and thus make the customer feel that he is a valued one.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY?
This industry is focused on customer satisfaction and meeting leisurely needs rather than basic ones and is much broader than most other industries. Most people think that hotels alone belong to the hospitality industry, but hotels are only one sector of this industry. Many forms of transportation that cater to tourists are also part of this business world. 
LEVEL OF SERVICE
Regardless of the business, this industry relies heavily on providing an excellent level of service. Customers are visiting the business to get away from their troubles. A bad experience might keep them from returning ever again. Brand loyalty is very important to these customers.
THEMES
One of the aspect of the hospitality industry is its theme. This doesn't apply to every business in this industry, but many of them use a certain theme to attract customers. For example, a fancy restaurant might have a Mediterranean theme to attract customers who like that type of food and atmosphere.
A hospitality business doesn't need a theme, but the vast majority of them use one because customers love themed businesses.
