Saucy Dogs BBQ.  Jonesville, Michigan.
Known for their deep fried hot dogs, they also serve some of the best barbecued pulled pork and beef brisket you can find in this area.

Here's a picture of the Beef Brisket sandwich I had tonight with their homemade BBQ sauce, topped with caramelized onions and served on a toasted bun with a side of curly fries.  Tender and filling!

I'll give you a +1. Good info. Never heard of IDY. Will have to try it. Love a good pizza. http://funrecipeblog.com/Homemade-Pizza-Recipe

This is my own creation! Introducing "Medsqua Pizza", a cross between a New York style dough & Neapolitan pizza dough - with my very own twist...

While I'm not offer n my recipe, I can tell you I use IDY (instant dry yeast). The cool thing about the idy is: you can bypass the activation of Ady (active dry yeast), and simply toss it into your dry flour... I start with four Cups (un-bleached bread or Ap (all-purpose). Alright, I start by putting three cups of my flour in mixing bowl, I then make a "well in za middle", I now toss in a half tsp Fleishman rapid rise yeast - which is Idy...put in a tsp-to tsp and a half if you like more sea salt...here's a good tip! Toss in around a tsp and a half of c & h granular sugar... then mix to blend, and reform za well! Now pour in a cup and a half lukewarm water... I use filtered tap, or spring water if you have it..mix in water slowly and make almost a custard like consistency...now blend and mix to combine. Cover with plastic wrap (12-15mins)...now that is "autolyzing" your dough. Now we're going to knead with the saved cup flour to kneed the dough. Fyi - it takes me about 8-10 mins... oil the ball only after your dough is smooth and elastic in feel and not sticky...ok, close enough! Oil (with sum olive oil), and cover with saran wrap to let rise overnight in fridge. Or... if u r hungry and need to cook asap, well, let it sit at rm temp a hr. Kaboom! Time to bake!!! Lightly flour the pan with flour, and preheat oven to 450-500, pref close to bottom rack...after around five or so mins rotate pizza for even cooking....oops, don't forget to drizzle sum little drops here and there of sum good old, good n cheap olive oil! I also broil the top sum to give it a slight char! Note: you can(if you want a chewier dough)add around two or three Tbs olive oil at the time before autolyze...now I think you'll be giving me a +1 here soon.time to try -Medsqua ! Medsqua ! Medsqua - Pizza!

I think you can put anything on the pizza and it will work! We did pizza with eggs, and another one with chocolate
