First off awesome service the gentleman i spoke with was very informative in helping me find a plan. Not like my previous company (reliant) that just stuck me in a rate that was super high. The representative was nice. I am pleased with their service so far and would recommend them to anyone looking to change from their current company.

OMG this is the best company EVER!!! The rates are low and they really work with you with payments. Customer service is great and friendly never had an issue. I read some comments and do not understand how people can say this company is horrible. They must want free service. I give 5 STARS to Frontier!!!!

Consider another provider if you ever have to pay by check. Terrible customer service experience. They took 21 days to process a check payment. This led to the payment being late and the service disconnected. In 5 calls to customer service, no one could explain why it would take that long to process a payment and I was unable to speak to a supervisor. None was ever available. Finally just gave up. Saw the automated response. I already called 5 times. I am not going to waste my time calling again. Also consider what the average score would be if people were allowed to rate a zero! I was finally contacted by a supervisor named Joe. He blamed it on the post office. Good Job.

sorry service , cut the power off with a positive account balance , won't give a reason and then charged a service fee to reconnect even though the account wasn't negative to begin with will be leaving the company

Had a very easy time extending/renewing my contract for service. When I was told the rate of 6.25 per kwh I asked about the lower three month rate of 4.95 on the internet. I answered my own question by offering that was probably an introductory offer and was told yes. I suggested that it be noted on the website. I loved the three month low offer while it lasted, but I understand business and 6.25 is not a bad rate. Oh, my customer service person was Jose.

I normally use TXU but for now I've been using Frontier utilities for the last past week I must say I have read all the comments on here and was a little worried when I first signed up. So far everything is going good the sign up is so easy the gentleman on the phone who helped me make my payment was very kind and polite . I reassure you I do not work for frontier utilities and I'm pleased to say that so far so good everything is going well. Thanks 😊

I have received a bill.yet. Tried to sign in and it show my old address not where my service is at. I been at this address for nearly 5 weeks and no bill. Like to know how much my bill is. I live paycheck to paycheck. Paid twice amonth.

The people giving good ratings must be on month to month. As far as prepaid I regret using them with all my heart. They are expensive and you will waste $10 in two days with them. How is the meter being used when no one is home? That makes no sense.
