With Easter coming up, it's a good time to remind everyone that #lilieskillcats. Lilies are deadly to cats, and it's not just the flowers- pollen licked off their fur, chewed stems, leaves and flowers are all toxic. So keep lilies out of your cat-friendly home and share with your friends and family to save lives! Our friend Preventive Vet explains more here: http://ow.ly/oNsb30aQnNF

Dr. Yung on why you need to have your pet's cut checked by your vet... "cuts don’t tend to bleed because dog and cat skin layers do not have as many capillaries as people. They simply do not bleed profusely the way we do, but this does not mean the wound doesn’t need treatment. The sooner the pet is brought in, the better the outcome" #themoreyouknow http://ow.ly/pguB309Nsb9
