Hi, I work in a digital marketing agency and we are trying to find someone to help us with one of our clients, and I was hoping you could help us get in touch with someone.

We're currently trying to help a client wanting to regroup and centralize all their Google services. However, we're facing numerous issues:

- they don't know their login/password of their main G+ page and we'd like to know how to regain control of the page.

- they have multiple G+ pages that were automatically created from Google Places on Maps. We would like to know if it is possible to merge these pages without impacting maps/search results (which means we'd like that when people search for XYZ London or XYZ Los Angeles, they should see the correct location/map).

- If they merge these pages, will they lose their reviews? What about the locations, can they manage multiple locations from only one G+ page? What's the impact on Google Maps entries?

Do you have any idea how we should proceed with these questions ad who we should get in touch with?

1) If the "main" Google+ page is a brand / non-local page, then you will need to find the current owner, and there aren't many options except for example +mentioning the Google+ page to see if someone responds. Your client may have to start a new Google+ page, and report the existing one for impersonation. If it is a local Google+ page, then it should be possible to reclaim it by re-verifying it.

2) One location, one local Google+ page. You may be able to merge duplicate local Google+ pages referring to the same business at the same location, but otherwise, each location must have its own local Google+ page to appear in the local knowledge graph / local search / Maps. There is a dedicated forum for local Google+ pages called Google and Your Business at https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/webmasters for further guidance and assistance on local Google+ pages.

Introduction
I’m currently a Digital Media Specialist at Digital Luxury Group, helping brands in the luxury industry develop and implement their online strategy. I hold a BA in International Relations from the University of Geneva, as well as an MSc in Global Marketing Management offered jointly by the University of Sheffield and Hong Kong Baptist University.

My IR background combined with my Global Marketing focus allowed me to excel in communicating with and the understanding of different cultures, as well as developed my adaptability and communication skills.

A digital native with a demonstrated passion for digital communications and online marketing. I use various social networking services myself, and I see the development of mobile- and location-based marketing with fascination.

Equipped with a working knowledge of French and English, advanced Spanish and basic German, possessing an energetic and passionate personality that recognises no boundaries, I plan to pursue a career in Digital Marketing, in particular in companies with close ties to the luxury watch industry.
