SKAL-Quebec held its annual Ball here over the weekend and the Frontenac did not disappoint. As usual, service was flawless through the evening and the Maitre d'Hôtel was always available making sure everything went smoothly. The 4-course meal we were served was exquisite, except perhaps for the dessert which was OK, but not as impressive as the soup or beef.
