Congrats to +Cornelius Do for identifying common pattern in the IMWT office.
Interestingly enough the first comment that came out was ah I've seen +Frederic Chanut and +Önder Vincent Koç doing just that fresh prince dance! completly false, I have a much nicer jumper...

Thanks to +Peg Fitzpatrick for sharing her thoughts with our team.
IMHO, the most important piece of advice is also the hardest one for a lot of businesses: "Create content that you’re passionate about."

SEO Tech Talk  -

Greeting earthlings!
We need feedback on an unconventional way to use +Optimizely

I am sure many of you have heard that on 21st of April Google will update its algo and will smash sites with non-mobile friendly version.

I am also sure you also have clients for whom redesign by the 21st April  is just not a possibility even if they don't have a mobile page. This is the case for at least of couple of ours.

The team and I had one too many  doritos on Friday and we decided to test how we could 'hack' a mobile site by using optimizely.

I'd love to hear your feedback and see what we could do to improve this post (meme are staying, executive decision)

Thanks folks!
Not enough time to fully optimise your site for Google's April 21st Mobile Update? Here's a quick 3 step, meme filled hack. Come see how it's done.

I think people are taking this update too seriously. If Webmaster Tools and Mobile Friendly tools are telling you that you're fine, then you're fine. Otherwise just purchase a redirecting m.site.com domain and you'll be fine.

Hurray!! Our App has just been approved in the official +Google Analytics  gallery.  Does a quick check of the most common issues with Google #Analytics   setup (takes 1 minute and you can download report). Very useful for any  #CRO  audit, saves us on average 1hr worth of work and reporting. Try it for yourself

Always nice to have Guy Kawasaki sharing your 'how to get your content viral' post :)
The rise and rise in popularity of content marketing is, by now, well documented. In its shadow, savvy marketers are implementing Personal Branding into their content mix. It is they who achieve more stickiness, more viral content S.U.C.C.E.S.S., more often than others. So exactly how can we make “sticky” content? Content is king; engagement is... Read More

You know we are onto something when even the venerable nature Journal starts to talk about FAIs.
The common fear is that intelligent machines will turn against humans. But who will save the robots from each other, and from us, asks Hutan Ashrafian.

Awesome! We love to see users using our platform in creative ways!

One thing to make sure is to add the Vary HTTP header. This will make sure that Google does not get confused or think that you are cloaking.

Interested to have your thoughts on the latest g+ announcement. Since the removal of pics in SERPs, getting companies to use it became near impossible. A version X.0 of G+ or a slowling fading platform?
Photo: Alex Washburn/Wired As a Facebook and Twitter competitor, Google+ never really stood a chance. By some combination of odd design, confusing nomenclature—remember Circles? Sparks?—and the simple fact that no one ever really used it, Google’s grand plan to unite its many products into a single social product just didn’t pan out. So it should…

Good Nice location. Top spot for leisure afternoon drinks watching the waves. More of a local joint without the faux pretentious of other places Bad Coffee is meh ok. If they would bring it on time and with the right order it would be better

(disclaimer: I have a full-time desk there) Love the space. I have a desk with a view over the bay. The kind of space I am not ashame to show to my clients/prospects/staffs Great funky people working there w/out being noisy. The owner allows me to host my Manly Entrepreneurs event every month. Coffee next door is my bane as it's really decent and I have a serious addiction :)

I work there and have a few of my teammates working from this office. Nice office space with harbour views and heaps of natural light. A great place to hold meetings with clients as the overall look and feel of the place is very professional, clean, design. It's a great location as it's across the street from the Manly wharf often have to jump on the ferry to meet clients. Really cool bunch of people. I had conversation with others small biz owners and digital marketing gurus that are worth thousands. One issue though, it's next to one of the best coffee in town so I end up drinking waaay too much coffee.
