I needed multiple issues associated with wear and tear that needed to be fixed. Erica Thompson was my service manager. She guided me through each step that needed to be taken to fix my vehicle and kept me constantly informed about where I was in the process. Her witty humor and kind smile was a bonus to the outstanding work the mechanics and detailers performed. The service department was honest. They found the right fix for my issues without seizing an opportunity to do otherwise. The detailers!? My goodness. Hats off to them. They did a great job on a 6 year old car that had never been detailed (just washed and vaccumed) and had just played for a weekend out on Crystal Beach last weekend. They put in hard work and did a great job. My car is pretty close to how it was when first I got it. I will be keeping my service business with them and a future car purchase is highly likely.

Patrick, my service rep. kept me informed as to the status of my car's repair. He made sound recommendations and put me at ease during a very stressful time. I appreciate the service I received at Fred Haas and will continue to bring my vehicles here in the future.

We have a 2012 Highlander for which we purchased the extended warranty, so to get work done with no deductible we have to bring it here. My wife brought it in for replacement of a bad driver's side door lock actuator (our door would not lock or unlock). On the bright side, they honored the warranty and repaired it properly. But boy was this trip to this dealer's service department rough. Had a 9 a.m. appointment and they knew she was waiting in the lobby. They didn't look at the vehicle until about noon. She was there for like 5 hours to get this fixed. They were non-communicative during the process (or ordeal as my wife would describe it). She says she'll never go back here again, even though we have the warranty. I could go on about how the person setting up the appointment was rude and condescending to her, and how I was getting update texts from her while she's incredulous that she's sitting there while they don't look at our vehicle at the appointed time, but I won't. I'll just say that Toyota of Katy is MUCH better in comparison. We take our vehicles there for all our recall appointments.

Had not been to a dealership to purchase a car in years because I do not like the new car negotiating process. However, I was put at ease and had a very pleasant experience in purchasing a new car. Scot Lyche listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the direction of what would be a fit. It put my mind at ease. The entire purchase was quick and very nice. The financial staff was nice and so was the one who got my car ready. He worked with me although I had other engagements. He showed me all features and aspect of the vehicle. If I know of friends that are in the market for a car I will recommend they come to Fred Haas and see Scot Lyche.

I have had several car buying experiences in my life and never have I dealt with a dealership that was so customer oriented. Not once did I feel pressure from the sales staff,management or finance guys. I purchased a new vehicle that had been through a hail storm and had a few dings. The next day, they had it fixed, detailed and filled the tank. While waiting for the repairs, which were taking longer than anticipated, the sales manager greeted me, gave me a gift card for a restaurant next door, along with their sincerest apologies, and told me to enjoy lunch in them. They answered every question I had without delay, the knowledge of their staff is amazing. I felt like I was the only customer there, and there were several. Many staff members continually checked on me, making sure I was comfortable and had anything I needed. They have taken the bad stigma of buying a car from a delaership and turned it entirely around. It was a pleasurable and exciting experience, as buying a new car should be. THANK YOU FRED HAAS.

Cameron was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. No one enjoys the car buying process, but my experience at Fred Haas was one of the more painless car buying experiences I have been a part of.

Had to go back to the dealership after buying a brand new 2015 Toyota Tundra. Was waiting on Eric who is AN AWESOME SALESMAN! Don is AWESOME AS WELL! (Use Don or Eric if you go) HOWEVER..... DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH Farouk Sumani! This guy had previously hung up on me over the phone 2x when I had called to get information about a new vehicle. Eric was busy so he came up to me and I told him I did not want to deal with him because of how he treated me when I had called before. He was walking off and I was telling the very nice receptionist about how he had hung up on me and he hears me and he comes back and confronts me about it and cussed at me. I felt very disrespected and could not believe he would do that to a customer. This guy is terrible DO NOT USE HIM!
