Setting up Cygwin with screen.

I encountered a problem installing screen (terminal multiplexer) with Cygwin. So I figured I'd post my solution here.

Mainly when issuing the `screen` command after a fresh install, the program throws an error that looks like this: `Directory /tmp/uscreens/S-franklin must have mode 700.` Of course your username; not franklin.

What's happening is screen isn't allowed to access the folder located at /tmp/uscreens/S-franklin which is where it keeps its ongoing sessions. So its throwing a file permission error to fix this:

1. rerun cygwin as an administrator
2. issue `groups` there should be several group names including  users (or Users) remember the spelling and capitalization
3. issue `chgrp users /tmp/uscreens/S-yourusername` or `chgrp Users /tmp/uscreens/S-yourusername` depending on the case found in step 2. Remember to sub in your username after the S-
4. issue `chmod 700 /tmp/uscreens/S-yourusername`
5. restart Cygwin as nonroot

That should fix the issue.
