BETHESDA, MD—In an effort to make a dent in the arms manufacturer’s excess inventory, members of the Lockheed Martin sales team were reportedly instructed during their staff meeting earlier this week to really push the company’s supply of tactical air-to-surface missiles.

Stop and think about this: 80-90% of the world's population of Tasmanian Devils have died off in your lifetime because of FACE CANCER.... and you probably (like me) didn't know it. Whoa....

Oh, and there's the fact that one of the main guys trying to save them has never seen the Warner Brothers cartoon... but that's a separate issue.

#CONAN  Mono: Apple announced that in the last year the company has doubled its number of female, black, and Hispanic employees. A spokesman for Apple said, "Do you know how hard it is to find female, black and Hispanic children in China?" MORE jokes @ teamcoco.com/jokes

great stuff... i would just caution that you should have some sort of LED on while the button is down to indicate that the battery is sufficient for operation.  Otherwise, you could have someone with a dead battery (or new battery that isn't making good contact) think that a wire is dead and cut into it, when in fact it is not.

Thanks so much for sharing these projects!

Nothing is 100%. I have seen faulty bar meters in the past. Just test the device immediately before using it and you should be OK.

Thanks For Watching

WASHINGTON—Calling the program “the most crucial in the agency’s history,” researchers at NASA announced Wednesday they have successfully deployed a Special Exploratory Rover to Congress as part of an open-ended mission to seek out any possible trace of funding on Capitol Hill.

Finally got around to upgrading my machine with limit/homing capability, GRBL 0.9, touch plate probe with quick disconnect, loc-line dust collection, cable management, limit switch filter shield, DW 660 upgrades, etc.

To get the design of the limit switch shield that was opened up for download, see it here: http://www.shapeoko.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3045&start=11

Knew this would be coming. This franchise is just going to be printing money.
Today at the D23 EXPO 2015, The Walt Disney Company Chairman and CEO Bob Iger announced to an audience of more than 7,500 fans that <em>Star Wars</em>-themed lands will be coming to Disneyland park in Anaheim, Calif., and Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fla., allowing <em>Star Wars </em>fans to step into the stories from a galaxy far, far away.

John Fuoco made his design for a limit switch shield for the Arduino open and available to the public.  I just got mine hooked up and working today, and man oh man... it so nice to finally have hard limit switches and also be able to home the machine, and use work coordinate systems, and use a Z touch plate... all without NOISE screwing me up!

Check out his post with his design:  http://www.shapeoko.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3045&start=11
So this never really went anywhere. I did make an updated version which works with grbl 0.8 and 0.9. I am using the new one and I made one for a friend and lordmundi jumped in to cover his share for one. After hearing how much they liked their boards, I have decided it would be smart to just ...

Its only 2 M codes at the beginning and end. I love it, as the garage is pretty hot in Florida i normally go back in the house, so its saves me going back in to keep checking. I still have to order a push button for the Hold also. If you have a video of your Z touch plate working i would love to see that in action. Cheers

Hey +Jarret Luft , I am now trying to FINALLY add limit switches to my SO2 and I was watching +John Lauer video about the touchplate widget.  If I want to use that widget in GRBL, I had a couple of questions:

- I'm running GRBL 0.8 at the moment.  Do I have to be running 0.9 to use the touch plate to set my zero?

- In a slightly related question, do I need to wire up the touch plate to pin 5 (the probe pin) or can it be wired as a Z limit switch?

Thanks for any help!

Well, nevermind.  I just checked and the guy that made me the limit switch shield already had 0.9 compatibility in mind, so I just have to move two jumpers and the multimeter shows the new connectivity, so I think I'm good!  Fingers crossed.

Great experience at the museum. Our tour guide, Belinda, gave us an amazing first hand account of what the history of Columbia was and also everything the town of Hemphill went through to get the crew home where they belonged. This museum is a stepping stone to what they hope will be a bigger and more proper memorial to this great ship and crew, so please consider a donation to help them in that effort. Also, please know that the website that the google maps listing has linked isn't correct. A google search will show the proper website further down the results.

This is the first review, so I'm guessing about 5 fake reviews are sure to follow. I was interested in buying a lot here. I called the company and set up an appointment for a tour at 11:00 on a Sunday morning. Me and my son drove out there (about an hour and a half) and upon arriving, we are told we can't have a tour because my wife isn't there! I explain that when I set up the appt, I was told I couldn't get some gift they were giving away if my wife wasn't there, but after I told them I wasn't interested in a gift, I was given an appointment for 11:00. The lady there said that was a mistake and that they don't give tours when a spouse isn't present because they don't want to waste their time on people who aren't ready to make a same day purchase decision! Perplexed, I told her we drove a long way and asked if I could at least have a price sheet for the lots - she said no. I'm trying to look for the positive side of this. I guess I'm glad I got a glimpse of the real character of this company BEFORE we purchased a lot. Also, on the drive home, I was able to use this as a lesson to my son on how not to treat customers.

Definitely the place to stop if you are in Scott and need to eat some breakfast or just relax with a coffee. Great decor as an old train station. The kids may even hear the real train come by! Try the beignets. Also, shake hands with the owners - they are great people!

a little expensive, but for an anniversary or other special occasion, you can't really beat the service and quality at Perry's. Always great service. Also, pork-chop Wednesdays are pretty awesome for a business lunch. Kudos to the mgmt at this place for keeping it a top-notch service restaurant.

They don't have fries because that's their thing. Still no fries! This place does one thing good... burgers. Not fries... not salads... not deli... not dessert. Just... burgers. Go there for a great burger and some Lafayette tradition.
