I'm not having a huge issue with my iPad (Gen 3 - 32 GB), but I am very concerned over the amount of "Other Space" that exists - over 5GB. Here's what my software usage shows: Music - 4.6 GB, Simpsons Tapped Out - 701 MB, iMovie - 666 MB, Photos - 634 MB. I have already gone through this twice. The first time, I deleted a lot of old emails with large attachments as well as iMessages with photos or video. During that process, I also removed a lot of iPhoto and iMovie projects.
I have also gone through the reset process which worked at first, but now I find myself back to where I started. I used an app on my Mac called iExplore, but I am not finding any significant "hogs" anywhere. I am willing to do another reset if necessary, but I want to know if anyone has any helpful input as to where else I can check.
Finally, I did reboot the iPad twice after some significant cleaning. Thanks in advance.
