A few weeks ago I asked your help on deciding which phone I should get to replace my Nexus 4. At that time, I didn't even consider the OnePlus 2 as an option, because of the absence of NFC and the invite system. But the new Nexus phones are just way overpriced in Europe and the Moto X Play doesn't have that great specs (and it's missing a gyroscope). The OnePlus One then became my first choice, but I didn't really feel like buying an 'older' phone. Then, one of my friends suggested getting a OnePlus 2, because he really liked his OnePlus One and said that the invite system wouldn't be a problem at all. I figured that I'd probably like the fingerprint scanner and metal build over the NFC sensor (which I currently don't use). A lot of people around me own OnePlus devices and they're all very satisfied. Oh, and my friend was right about the invite system. Within 10 minutes of begging for an invite on the OnePlus forums I found 4 (!) invites in my inbox. So I ordered the phone.
Yesterday the package from China arrived and I really love the design of the OP2. Compared to my Nexus 4 this phone is huge, but for now, I consider that an advantage. The fingerprint sensor is really fast and accurate, I like it a lot.
I have yet to see if I made the right choice buying this device, but for now it looks like the perfect phone for me. Well, except for the lack of NFC then.
