Italian site Macitynet, which previously published several photos of a fairly good quality physical mockup of the rumored 4.7-inch iPhone 6 based on design drawings from Japanese magazine MacFan, has now shared an interesting new video comparing the mockup to a current-generation iPod touch.

Scene from one of my favorite shows: IT Crowd. The IT Crowd is a British sitcom. Set in the London offices of the fictional Reynholm Industries, the show revolves around the three staff members of its IT department: a geeky genius named Maurice Moss, the workshy Roy Trenneman, and Jen Barber, the department head who knows nothing about IT. For some time now, iOS users have cited the quality and quantity of third-party software available for the platform as an important factor in their choice of mobile devices. Over the years Android has amassed its own collection of apps and users have continued butting heads over which system had the better selection.Six Columbia University students have bridged the gap between the two platforms with something called Cider.

Even though the upcoming Amazon smartphone will run under Android. I don't see Amazon following Samsung's strategy.
But maybe i'm wrong...
Rumors have been circulating for quite a while about Amazon doing a smartphone. Thanks to BGR we’ve finally gotten a look at what Amazon’s smartphone looks like, and it looks a lot like…well…an iPhone.

What do Fisher Price phones and Android smartphones have in common? Simple. They are for first-time users, that much is abundantly clear. In other words, Android smartphones are training wheels until the user can be a big boy or girl, and ride on two wheels like all the older kids in the neighborhood.

Leaked iPhone 6 moulds provide more evidence that Apple is working on a larger, thinner Samsung-style device. Front panels of the rumoured iPhone 6 leaked online earlier this month, so it was only a matter of time before the back panel made an appearance.

Getting a good Twitter name can be very tough! Many of the good names are taken and many of them aren’t even being used, frustrating users who’d like to put a good name to good use. Twitter says it’s planning a way to make abandoned names available again, and a new service, TweetClaims, lets you sign up to be notified when names you like become available again.
