I just noticed that Chromium for Windows was smart enough to detect when a user enabled High Contrast mode

If that's the case, Chromium recommends the High Contrast extension available at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/high-contrast/djcfdncoelnlbldjfhinnjlhdjlikmph and some dark themes to match the general atmosphere at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search-themes/dark
