Business owners, executives, and human resources professionals rely heavily on past accomplishments and resumes when evaluating potential employees. However, increasing emphasis is now being placed on “fit” and the scale well or poorly an individual is able to function as part of a greater team.

Will the American Pharoah Effect carry over beyond this year's Breeders' Cup? Find out what super-agent Leigh Steinberg thinks...
On June 6, 2015, American Pharoah ended a 37-year drought when he became horse racing’s 12th Triple Crown winner, the first since Affirmed accomplished such a feat in 1978. Profit margin and keeping manufacturing costs to a minimum are typically the top concerns companies have when creating a new product. However, quality can’t be sacrificed in order to achieve this. As a technology startup, having a strong supply chain strategy in place can help an organization reduce costs and reduce certain risks. Gaining an understanding of the supply chain process and how to manage it for a hardware technology startup can be the difference between success and failure as a business, advises Andrew Armstrong.

The cost of living in San Francisco is astronomically high, but there are still a number of great activities in S.F. that don’t cost a thing.

You have an idea, a 3D printer, and a Kickstarter account. In theory, taking your idea and turning it into a viable product is a simple matter of launching a crowdfunding campaign and clicking the “print” button. Alas, there's more to it — and there are various routes you could take.

I spoke with Dr. Kaniff roughly 6 weeks ago regarding my nose. After playing rugby for the better part of 15 years, I was told by another Dr. that i had some pretty substantial cartilage damage in the lower half of my nose, and he recommended Dr. Kaniff as an expert. During my consultation, I got a really honest assessment from him, and ultimately we decided that other than for strictly cosmetic reasons, there was no pressing medical need to schedule a surgery. In an age when I feel like everyone is trying to sell, sell, sell, and it's hard to get an honest opinion, I was really refreshed by Dr. Kaniff's approach. At some point I will probably get the rhinoplasty done to make my wife happy, but in the meantime I would refer Dr. Kaniff to anyone because of his honest, laid-back approach.

I have worked with Dot Com Infoway for a couple of months now, and I find them to be a valuable partner. Projects are completed on time, and the quality of work is good. Their pricing is also quite competitive, thus I would recommend them.

I have a 2 year old Labrador mix that was horrible about jumping on guests, including my elderly mother when she would come to visit. Wanda's demeanor and patience impressed me right off the bat, and she not only used, but also taught me some great techniques that helped to solve the problem. I highly recommend Wanda as a true pro!
