Meet Landon! This is Landon's second year with us here at Foxfire. He is currently going to school to get a degree in business management. After he graduates, he wants to move to Colorado to open up a gym and an outdoors store. In his spare time he likes to dance, long board, kayak, bike, hike, play rugby and snowboard. As you can tell, he is a perfect candidate for opening an outdoors store! So, come zip with Landon and have an amazing time!

For the first time ever, take home your own copy of “The Appalachian Wyiles of Foxfire Mountain”, written by Foxfire Mountain’s own Marc Postlewaite. Then complete your Wyile experience by grabbing a jug of our new Mayapple’s sweet non-alcoholic cider and exploring the gift shop for unique souvenirs. Don’t forget to visit this September to taste O’Klee’s Dry Cider and Keeva’s Sweet Cider when they arrive!

Happy Foxfire Family Friday!

Meet Sydney! Sydney is one of our sending guides here at Foxfire. She is originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, but moved to Gatlinburg, Tennessee 11 years ago and joined us here at Foxfire just this year. Some of Sydney’s favorite pastimes are hiking (just about every day that she is off of work), playing and watching soccer, and traveling. She is currently in school to become an attorney with hopes of becoming an international lawyer. Hopefully she will continue to zipline as she travels!

Foxfire Mountain guests and cider lovers, thank you for your patience as we prepare to open the doors of our new Wyile Cider Barn. Unfortunately, our delicious cider will now be available in September instead of the coming month. So while your suspense builds over the next month, as we continue perfecting the cidery for your visit, stay tuned for more updates and check out our blog to follow our progress!

My instructors were awesome & very encouraging! The whole group was great & encouraging for me to get my fear of heights. I loved the view was fantastic and one I won't ever forget. I would do it again once I heal from neck surgery & get clearance from the doctor & enough money. You are doing an awesome job and keep up encouraging others to face their fears. Delta

Loads of fun on their swinging bridges. The hike is just challenging enough for the family. Didn't try the zip lines, but it looked like lots of fun. Lots of parking and plenty to do. There's even a rock wall.

We came during the coldest day in Gatlinburg and had the entire zip course to ourselves. Tim and Barry were excellent guides and made our experience so much fun! Everyone was really friendly & helpful. Can't wait to come back and try the Goliath. Thanks so much y'all! -Meylin & Michael

Tim and Tiffany were dynamite (T and T). We had a blast. They made us feel like pro zip liners and none of us had done it before. THANKS!

We did the canopy tour with my 16 and 10 year old girls. It was the first time ziplinning for us. It was thrilling, but not too scary. The scenery was beautiful and the guides were great. They were fun to work with, but also cautious with our safety. As a father, it's a little scary to see your daughters disappear into the canopy of a forest on a zipline. The next time we visit the Smokeys, we're definitely returning to Foxfire Mountain Adventures; only next time we're going to brave the Goliath!
