Great news, as long as the feds don't scuttle it
 
Since they have made the effort to dodge the environmentally sensitive areas I say go for it, and next time make sure the path isn't over a water supply and things may go smoother.
 
The feds WILL scuttle it: Warren Buffet is making too much money moving that oil on his railroad, to let them put it in a pipeline, instead.

The country needs cheaper oil, but I am afraid the pipeline will not do anything to lower the cost of fuel. At least some folks will benefit economically by the project.
