We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle at Fowler Toyota. The Sales Professional, Amie Price, was incredibly helpful in finding a vehicle that met our needs. The Finance Manager, Dillon Harris, was able to beat the interest rate I had, and was completely transparent on the loan terms and available warranty services. We ended up getting a great deal out the door. The Manager we spoke with was even able to add window tinting without increasing the out the door price. He didn't have to do that. He overheard my wife and I discussing how we disliked that the car didn't have tint and said he could work it in for us. From start to finish we were met with friendly people and good customer service. I would highly recommend Fowler to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle.

I had originally gone to a different Dealer to look at the 2016 Tacoma TSS Edition and had a very bad experience. Then I remembered I had used Fowler several years ago and really liked them. Boy, am I glad that I did. Jeff Reynolds put me in touch with Robert to see if he could help me. Robert was great from the very start. He made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle. Robert explained to me that it would take at least a week to get the truck in that I wanted, but that it would definitely be worth the wait. It took about 8 days for my truck to get here and during those 8 days, I texted Robert on a daily basis to check on the status and he always answered every text with an update. The day my truck arrived, Robert immediately texted me a picture of my new truck. Once all of the paperwork was completed, Robert spent a great deal of time with me going over all of the features of the truck. I would highly recommend Fowler Toyota. Not only did I have a great salesman in Robert, but they did an outstanding job with my financing as well. I am extremely happy with my experience at Fowler Toyota and I absolutely love my new Tacoma!!!

Robert Scott was amazing and the finance team was quick and easy. Robert made buying a car very easy and wasn't pushy at all gave me what I wanted and I will come back and refer my family and friends to him as well. Well I would have to say out of all the vehicles ive purchased in my lifetime this one was by FAR the best experience i have ever had. From the time we pulled in till the time we left it was quick and painless. Jessie Clark was our salesman and was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor to boot lol "Thanks to Dillon Harris Long story, but good sport" With that said my wife and I will be back again when we are ready for our next one.

I bought a used as is car from the guys at Fowler and a couple of months after having it the engine needed to be replaced. Stephen Barrett in the service department was beyond helpful in explaining the problem, diagnosing and attempting several repairs at no cost to me. When they realized that the repairs were going to be as much as I had originally paid for the car the General Manager did way more than I ever could have expected. He put me in a loaner car for 4 weeks while he and Jay Wilson the used car manager looked for me a car they could trade me. Just this past week they found me a fantastic used car that they traded me straight up for, and even gave me a check to pay the title and licensing fees that I would owe on this new car. I can't believe the commitment to excellent customer service that these guys have! Thank you Fowler!

Service department has failed at every repair I asked them to complete. In some cases - more damage was done. People in the service department has also talked down to me, and my family, with extreme disrespect. I was also charged approximately $250 more than most competitors for brake repair. That was my own fault for not having done more shopping around first. GM said they would work with me to resolve all of this and nothing changed. Would give a 0.1 star if it were an option. Hibdon in Moore has already done more to help in 15 minutes than this dealership could do in months in my opinion.

This was hands down the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Michael Warden, our sales associate was never pushy, extremely helpful, patient, kind, and very accommodating. The finance associate, Scott, was also a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. We love our Rav 4 and appreciate Fowler Toyota for a great experience! We'll definitely be back and will recommend family and friends to Fowler Toyota!

This guys are bunch of crocks and maybe not all of them but the few crocks are giving customers a horrible customer service/car buying experiencel.I am still shocked this guys are in business or have not been sued. The guy who took me for a test drive was a great person and he was new.Based on the look from his face he was uncomfortable with some of the manager's assumptions who was behaving as if that was my first time to drive a BMW after I told him the car will not stop when you hit on the brakes. Further, they give me a sales price, and I give them mine. I insist on how much I have to spend and the manager asked me how much I am willing to pay a month? I tell him 500-700 for 48 months and he tells me he will work something out with another superior manager. He comes back after following up with the superior manager, sends me to the finance guy and the finance guy runs my credit. He gives me a high interest rate and I tell him I will rather go with my credit union because I will get a lower rate. He decides to match my credit union interest rate and starts throwing numbers out there that does not make no sense. The principal on the car loan of 20000 had been changed to 25000 and they were doing everything to make sure I paid 500 each month and yes they changed the duration too from 48 months to 66 months.Imagine how much extra I was going to pay to this guys had I not done my math and kept asking questions. I kept asking the finance guy what is my principal because the numbers do not make sense and to my surprise, he kept changing/dodging that question and kept talking about how he can reduce the monthly payment, how nice the car was and how I am getting a good deal. After,insisting, he finally gave me the principal and I realized my principal had been bumped to $25,000. Doing my math right there in his office, I was actually going to pay $38,500 for a car I was going to buy for $20,000 with a 3.9 interest rate for 48 months. The finance guy even had the courage to tell me the principal on the loan does not matter.Unbelievable! He goes back and brings another manager and the manager is trying to pretend with me saying he never approved the sale of the car for $20,000 and I tell him I never signed the paper acknowledging the principal before I was sent to finance and the sales rep, finance as well as himself being the manager knew it because we went back and fort on the principal and I never moved away from the $20,000. My advice to everyone dealing with this guys is know what you are signing and do your math. Do not get pressured and do not tell them how much you have to spend a month. The principal to your loan, the interest and the length of payment matters. I mean, why will you run my credit, make me cancel my appointments and keep me at your lot for about 2 hours 30 minutes when you know we clearly disagreed on the principal. I mean, I understand they were trying to sneak everything into the deal with the assumption that I will sign the paperwork without looking but common. This guys are first class crocks. I wish I could have recorded all of this and if you can record and have everything they say signed then that is a good place to start.
