Security Tip: trees, bushes and other large plants can provide an intruder places to hide, as well as cover-up signs of a break in. Keep your home safer by trimming any overgrown vegetation so that your windows, doors and porches are visible to neighbors and people passing by. ‪#‎SecurityTips‬

Preventing violent street crime is an important issue in Australia. Studies conducted in 2006 showed that conventional CCTV cameras, while highly effective in detecting street crime, did not reduce or prevent it. We believe this issue can be addressed in several ways: firstly, with public education and youth programs such as those run by the Sammy D Foundation. Secondly, with new generation intelligent CCTV systems that can detect anti-social behaviour and have authorities on alert before a crime is even committed. Sounds like science fiction? It's real, and the technology is available in Australia exclusively through Fort Knox Security.
