FCC reports average value of Canadian farmland increased by 7.9% in 2016. Saskatchewan had an average increase of 7.5%; Northwest at 10.3%, North East at 9.3%, South West at 16.6%, West Central at 7.8%, East Central and South East at 0%.

Fortier Mattila Appraisals Inc. is pleased to announce that Brad Novakowski, manager of our Shellbrook Regional Office has been awarded the Canadian Residential Appraiser designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. The CRA designation requires an undergraduate degree, up to seven courses from AIC's Program of Professional Studies, completion of a residential guided case study, minimum one year in the Applied Experience Program, and completion of both a written examination and oral interview. Brad looks forward assisting clients with their valuation needs across Western Saskatchewan!
