A great article on philanthropy among young adults
A look at data from 6,500 people ages 20 to 35 shows that large numbers contribute and help raise money for good causes, but most make small gifts. Has your organization seen success reaching young adults?

This fort back in the day was an important WW2 base of operation so the historic importance of this place is very important. Since the war this fort has turned from war to the arts and includes museums, live theatres and fine food eating. So if your interested in history this is a place to go and if your an artsy person this is also your place. Not to mention good views of the bay

Looks like some warehouses converted to shops and restaurants, a sort of revitalization project. Nice atmosphere and nice to walk around.

We walked the property and biked the property. Beautiful views and fund raisers going on one day. We walked off the beaten path and stumbled upon an old canon that use to protect the bay. Must stop and enjoy the scenery.

Large open space venue for events. High ceilings, 2 bathrooms, multiple exits. We didn't arrange the party so I don't know how it was working to arrange the venue or work with the management.

I came here for the Dratini! Pokemon GO gameplay here is absolutely legendary. It's just as good as Pier 39 without all the tourists. Nice area to walk around and dratini spawns pretty regularly.
