Apologies for not being active here for last two weeks!
Here is the new recipe video on the channel- Warli Mutton Curry! Warli is a tribal group lives in the mountains and the coastal regions of Maharastra, Gujrat! They are Non-vegetarian, fish is their favourite Non-vegetarian dish! When I was reading about their life and food, I found this Mutton curry recipe, and love it! As the recipe from coastal cuisine, it was very spicy; I reduced the amount of the chillies to suits our taste buds, if you tolerate the heat then add 10- 12 chillies for 1 kg Meat :)
If you try the recipe, then let us know how did you make the dish, very spicy or the way I prepared, either way, it tastes fabulous!
Happy cooking :)

Chanar Malpua or Malpoa-The soft melt in mouth fried sweet! Many people say that Malpua is the easy sweet recipe to make, though one can make Malpua by using easily available ingredients from the kitchen, I think if the batter is not in the right consistency, if the oil temperature is not right then the end result is going to be disappointing! This is how I make the Chanar Malpua. Watch the video and let us know what is your favourite Malpua recipe.
