My last phone, BB Z10 had the right size, floating system and best material, but the energy -management was horrible.
Now I have all my requierments fullfiled wich the Z1c. I am completely happy with it.

Hey guys, i unlocked my z1c today and tried to install CM11 M8 for amami(followed the instructions on the wiki.cyanogenmod). Everything went fine but after flashing the cm zip the z1c gets stuck at the cm logo with the rotating arrows. Dose anyone have an solution for this?

Wipe+reflash -> same problem
reflash kernel via fastboot -> still stuck on cm logo
format /system, reflash -> still stuck

Looks a bit small on my wrist. Do you think the classic Pebble would be a better fit?

Yes, I think it would. I'll gladly trade you for a mint condition black original pebble. ;)

So, at the moment i sit in front of an ThinkPad Twist and an IdeaPad Yoga 11s and i'll give you a short comparison.

Side by side both devices have an very different feeling.
The Twist looks like it has much more unused space and in therms of the build quality the Yoga tends more to an ThinkPad than the Twist in my eyes. On the Twist there is an glossy bezel around the glossy screen and also the spaces between the keys on the keyboard are glossy. The only glossy thing on the Yoga is the Display itself. The Twist is definitely more Edge then ThinkPad.
The keyboard on the Twist feels a bit better than on the Yoga(more like a ThinkPad ;) ) but compared to other keyboards they are both very good. Both keyboards should be spill resistant but on the Twist the blue LED attached to my ADATA SX300 seems out between the F-keys. And that's not a small gap!
Trackpoint is only available on the Twist. I loved the trackpoint and exclusively used it on all my ThinkPads (x220, T430 and now the Twist, trackpad was diabled continuous) but the trackpad on the Yoga is very good in my opinion and much better than on the Twist. The trackpad on the twist is slightly rough and slows down my motions. I think the smooth surface of the yoga trackpad is the better solution.
Touching the screen in laptop or stand mode is nicer on the yoga too. Compared to the rotating hinge on the Twist, the Yoga hinges observing the wobbles of the screen a little bit better.
The displays itself are very good on both devices but its a bit brighter and richer in contrast on the Yoga.
The Twist has an mSATA and also an 7mm 2,5" HDD/SSD slot which i miss on the Yoga!

I'll stay with the Yoga 11s. For me it's the perfect combination of performance and mobility(only missing integrated WWAN).

Just my two cents ;)

Nope, ist wirklich unterbewusst untergegangen. Wurde aber in den Fragen/Antworten zum Artikel sowieso berichtigt :)

I'm a bit surprised. I expected that the battery time should be better then with stock.
7h CPU active at Bluetooth and Android OS. Can anyone explain this?

It's an Z1c with latest Free Xperia Cm11 (android L theme)

Got my LG G Watch yesterday. Nice for notifications but voice commands don't work so well here in Germany. Much less voice commands are supported and with the slow internet connection in my region it takes a long time and much  retrys to get an voice command to work. Yesterday evening i sent a message to my girlfriend that i'll be late and the G Watch showed the "Message sent" screen but it wasn't...
Today the Pebble Steel should arrive. I'm tensioned how the two would compare. Android Wear is nice but you realy notice that its a new OS. I don't feel that i really can control the watch. I even can't say to it which of the notifications should show up on the main screen. This plus the fact that voice actions don't perform so well let me tend towards the Pebble a bit more

Think i'll stay with the Pebble the next time and see where android wear is going. Mayby i'll switch to android wear and the Moto 360 at the end of the year. At the moment android wear is to much "beta"-Feeling for me. Pebble seems to be much more finished.

You can control the notifications in the Android Wear App.

Does anyone already know the real battery lifetime of the Yoga 11s. We all know that the "up to Xh" are very inaccurate(Edge Twist: up to 6h, real usage 3,5 - 4h).

Hi,

i received my Thinkpad Twist(Core i3 Version for 805€  :) ) today.
The default configuration is a 24GB mSATA SSD and a 320GB HDD. On the i7 version you can configure an Sony Ericsson H5321 WWAN. I have such an H5321 and wanted to replace the 24GB mSATA with this WWAN card and replace the 320GB HDD with an 256GB SSD (Samsung S830) which i already have in stock.
After opening the s230u i couldn't find the antenna cables for the WWAN.
Is WWAN is only supportet on the i7 version?

I'd try the Lenovo forums and/or even their support is responsive :)
