Information Systems consulting. Flo has
been a Principal Consultant and subject matter expert in the functional
architecture, design, project management, phasing, implementation and delivery
of highly regulated global Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Enterprise
Records Management (ERM), and advanced capture systems. Her wide range of expertise spans from the
pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device sectors, to U.S. and
Canadian state, province, county, and city government environments. She began her career providing proprietary
technical editing and writing services, and material shelf life management to
the aerospace industry. Flo is a daytime
soap opera activist helping to champion canceled daytime soap operas and the
soap opera genre. She is also a supporter
of the emerging independent web series genre.

lives in Southern California with her husband, daughter, and two rescue cats.
