I have never been, and will never be the size of the top pro bodybuilders - but then I will also never die in my 30's, 40's or 50's. And as much as I truly love our sport of bodybuilding, I think we have to go a lot farther to ban those abusing steroids and putting their lives at risk. I thank God for people like +Sean Everingham who run drug-free federations so that today's teens and twenty-somethings can have a career in our sport without ever touching PEDs - we all need to do a lot more to support these leagues! If you're using steroids or even considering it, read this article from T-Nation first - as a natural bodybuilder I'm already a decade or more older than most of the 31 pros in the article ever got to be. Triceps, when properly weight-trained, make up two-thirds of your upper arm’s overall size. As such, it’s better to do a quick triceps workout than to skip it when your gym time is tight. If it’s absolutely necessary to skip a bodypart when training arms, better you should skip biceps than triceps if you’re looking to develop upper arm muscle mass.

Thanks to Julie & Dave Avery and +Sean Everingham for a great UFE Revolution show last Saturday! 
 
Had a great time Saturday in Cobourg, ON, at Dave Avery's UFE Revolution event. Full props to Dave & his wife Julie for a great show, and to +Sean Everingham, owner of Ultimate Fitness Events (UFE), for building a federation where the athletes & trainers are so supportive of each other and of the shows themselves. My first ever appearance in a bodybuilding show will be at UFE Revolution on May 7th, 2016...
