How do you run an effective disciplinary process?

Most businesses will have to face a disciplinary issue with one of their employees. However, tribunals expect a fair process to be adopted when dismissing someone for conduct issues.

We have developed a step-by-step process in how to conduct a disciplinary process, including 15 template letters and meeting plans.

You can request to download our disciplinary toolkit through our website: https://loom.ly/DkgXoy0

Our end-of-year update covers:

- Employment tribunal reform

- Disability discrimination
- The reform of termination payments and payment in lieu notice payments
- Philosophical belief discrimination
- Suspension: a neutral act?
- The introduction of the Parental Bereavement (Leave and Pay) Act 2018
- Mental health in the workplace
- The updated Data Protection Act

We have analysed each of these updates and rounded up the year with an article on our website, which you can read here: https://loom.ly/tjb62yE#
