Got my new model "Alinta" prototype assembled today. This thing is a beast !! .... So happy with it :-) It went together very easily.

Its just been cranked through a Mesa Boogie for the last hour and I don't usually rave about my own guitars but I can't help but say this one kicks some serious ass. it sounds amazing, feels amazing and plays like butter. VERY versatile & really shines on the heaver tones. Anything from blues, classic rock to metal.

It needs a home !! I cannot hang onto it. 30 guitars is enough or my wife will divorce me ;-)

I'm selling this prototype CHEAP. It has to go, be quick to grab a bargain.

This model will normally sell for AUS $3000 (US$2275) but this prototype is up for sale @ AUS$2000 (US $1515 ) plus shipping and includes the heavy duty case.

I had a student in for a 7 day private build class. He bought in his own design and I was able to check it over, make some alterations and create some templates. We then had 7 days to complete the guitar. Lots of 12 hour days involved !

These are the guitars we build in the new "Corrimal Guitar series"..

2 simple guitars... Basic slab style design, a great introduction to guitar building.

Guitar 1 is the "vintage" version - It has a hand rubbed finish for the guys without spray gear.. 3 saddle vintage style bridge, Kluson style tuners.. You get the idea.

Guitar 2 is the "modern" version - A little more complexity with an arm and belly contour and we also mix our own Dakota Red lacquer and spray the finish with a compressor. 6 saddle bridge etc..

Just assembling the guitar(s) for the Corrimal Building Course that will be available on my website soon.

It will be the perfect introduction to guitar building for anyone who has ever wanted to start building their own guitars.

What I haven't mentioned previously is we actually build 2 variations of the same guitar using the same set of templates.

Anyone Interested in a few pictures ?

I had a student come in for a 5 day private build class last week. Lots of fun and lots of work !   This is what we built. Guitar is complete except for lacquer which the customer will spray when he gets home
