This problem is in regards to the ligaments in the back of your shoulder being too stiff and hypertrophied. This can wind up pushing the top part of your Humerus arm bone forward too much. This can lead to a variety of shoulder problems. To learn more about this issue and stretches you can do to help fix it, watch the video!
