In today’s busy, high-tech era, people are carrying more and more responsibilities in their lives. Communities and Society expects them to earn a health living; climbing the corporate ladder; managing a home; and providing for the families by exercising, cleaning, doing choirs, thus to help care for their loved ones. In addition, these folks are spread way too thin, they are expected to look good and feel good. Many people say , I used to be very active, fit and worked out every day. These days, I find it hard to fit exercise and diet into my day. They often say, I do NOT have time to exercise or eat correctly on a daily basis . A simple statement that is typically getting NO great positive result. Seeing that people get and stay healthy, is a daunting task to those who do NOT take these factors into account.

Everything is good except myth 1. I agree that supplements can't replace food, but protein powder for instance is designed to increase your daily protein intake.

Worst gym ever. So many billing issues and questionable billing practices. My wife was back and forth with them non-stop. Getting billed twice for things, aggressive calls from their billing department, confusion about payments made, and nothing but rude people to deal with. She went in and closed her account. Paid whatever they said she had remaining on her last monthly dues. Then a few weeks later the billing department calls and says she owes for the month. Called the gym and they act like they don't remember anything that happened. No one cares. If you want a gym that will gladly take your money and deliver poor services in a poorly maintained facility, then try and sell you on more services, then bill you for services you never used, then do as little as possible to help remedy the situation, then this is the gym for you. Just go somewhere else where you can pay month to month with no contract and no billing hassles. This place sucks.

Michael Newhard has been my trainer for a few years. He is always coming up with new and exciting ways to make fitness fun and beneficial. I really enjoy coming to the gym and seeing Mike there whether I'm training with him or taking a class. He's always there to greet me with a smile and encouragement. I recently had to have a fitness assessment for my employer-provided insurance. Mike knew exactly how to complete the assessment and made the process super easy. Thanks, Mike!

I have been a member of this gym for a little over 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is wonderful and knowledgable as well as responsive to questions and problems should they arise. I have had a couple of personal trainers here and my current trainer Mike Newhard is superior. Mike is highly trained in many varied disciplines and is very capable of delivering the necessary information to enable his trainees to improve their performance regardless of the needs. The gym has a Chiropractor on premises and he provides chiropractic and massage therapy. The gym itself is well equipped and the equipment is well maintained. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I'm give this gym 5 stars because of the caliber and expertise of instructors and trainers who work there. I love training with Mike Newhard, who goes above and beyond to help his clients reach their goals. He created me a custom workout and nutrition program that deliver results!!! He is committed to helping others succeed in their fitness goals. If you are looking to find a gym with people who will help you finally obtain your fitness goals, sign up and train with Mike!

When I first signed up I specifically asked for a month to month basis. I didnt like the gym and we were moving so I canceled my membership and found out that I was on a year membership. I called the 800 number and they said who cares you owe 300 to cancel. First thing you should know is that I am not out for a free be. I would of paid the 100 to cancel (which they also didnt tell me in the beginning). I then sent an email to someone higher and didnt receive a call for 6 months+ and now they want to charge me almost 500 (300 + interest ) How can they wait to call me and then say no and charge me interest.

My husband and I have been working out with Jordan Ramirez for a few months now. We always have a great work out with him. He is a great motivator and is able to answer any question we have. We work out with a large group and he was able to organize a time that works with all our schedules. Working out has been something that we have never been consistent with, but with Jordan's help we have stuck with it and become more healthy and strong. I would recommend Jordan to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.
