- You maybe right. There is a long list of effective exercises. I was more concerned with he method then the specifics.
I'll go back and mention compound exercises.
If you're short on lime and looking to #loseweight a workout of push ups, inverted rows, and sprints, or kettlebell swings would be more effective than a lot of things I see going on in the gym.
For those looking to #buildmuscle and want to get in and out of the gym quickly a workout consisting of Incline Press, Weighted Pull Ups, and Bulgarian Split squats would do the job.Dec 21, 2014
