These carob and coconut squares are full of superfood love. And deliciousness! http://fitbottomedeats.com/?p=49354
People who try these often say that they get tastier and tastier the more you eat. I agree. If any little raw square fudge would be extra loving, it’s these. These are not-so-sweet crunchy fudge (sweetened with carob, lúcuma and mesquite only) that are nut-free, cocoa-free, gluten-free, raw and vegan. Enjoy these yummy coconut squares!

You have been criticizing yourself for years, and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.

MacGyver would be so proud --- a vegan, gluten-free tiramisu recipe Susan just whipped up! And, it's awesome. http://bit.ly/1oe4Imb
Though the classic tiramisu recipe is neither vegan nor gluten-free, the flavors were spot-on. Still, I wonder how the recipe would have turned out if I actually planned to make gluten-free tiramisu with a more traditional cookie choice --- ladyfingers (which are traditionally used in a classic tiramisu recipe) instead of the Trader Joe's cookies. But when I looked online, I couldn't find a single recipe for vegan, gluten-free ladyfingers. If you...

Being a foodie with a fit booty.
Introduction
You love food. We love food. But how do you go about cooking and eating the right stuff that tastes good yet keeps the “Fit” in Fit Bottomed?
