Meet our team of mobile personal trainers: Originally from Italy, Omar has always been a fan of fitness, since early age he used to perform and competed as a professional acrobatic rock & roll dancer, pocketing a few trophies.
After moving to London, Omar took on board Martial arts and currently training for his second dan in Japanese Ju-jitsu; he has been a black belt and club coach since June 2011 and won several international competition around Europe.
During the his training Omar managed to lose 40% of his body weight in fat, dropping from 15st 10lbg (99kg) to the current 9st 6lbs (60Kg), the journey was hard but thanks to a good exercise regime and correct nutrition he now achieved his ideal weight.
Omar has been training and coaching students for several years and largely adapts his teaching to the clients learning methods to achieve results in a safe and fun environment, so if you need a PT that first hand understands weight loss and nutrition and to train for a specific goal or competitive sport, Omar is the guy for you.

Meet our team of mobile personal trainers: A life time background in sport and fitness kick-started by winning a scholarship to the prestigious Millfield school where James excelled in multiple sports at 1st team level. He then moved on to play football at University level and more recently boxing for Earlsfield ABC and Fight City Gym in 2015 and 2016. James utilizes his experience from his sporting career and combines this with his personal training knowledge to create and adapt sessions that keep you coming back for more. With a specific focus on traditional boxing, James adds additional aerobic and resistance training methods to achieve amazing results of the mind and body. Meet our team of mobile personal trainers: Born in Andalusia (Spain), Pilar landed in the Martial Arts world more than fifteen years ago. She started practising KFM (Keysi Fighting Method) at the founder’s academy. This self-defence style has been seen many times on the big screen, including in ‘Batman Begins’, ‘Batman: The Dark Knight’ and ‘Mission Impossible 3’. After less than a year, encouraged by the managing directors at Keysi, she joined the Instructor Development Programme and began to assist with classes. Only a few years later she achieved her black grade and became a Chief Instructor. She then decided to experiment and learn different styles and other fitness activities in order to have a broader understanding of self-defence and biomechanics. She learnt Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Climbing, Hip hop, Bio-dance, Breakdance and weight-lifting whilst studying at university and teaching self-defence. In addition, she started to teach herself about nutrition and fitness and soon qualified as a Personal Trainer and Boxing Instructor.
Due to her interest about how to strengthen the mind-body connection, by her early twenties she had read and learnt loads about psychology and and many other mind body related disciplines. Soon after that she joined Numad Yoga School and became a regular Yoga practitioner to the present day. At the moment she is also learning Tai chi which is enabling to understand the human mechanics at a very subtle level. She works focused on Strength, Endurance, Flexibility and Self-Defence training while studying phycology, neurology and physiology applied to health and fitness. Now Pilar devotes her life to sharing her knowledge and experience to benefit other people’s lives. Her sessions can be focused on fitness (Fat Loss, Weight Loss, Strength, Endurance / Cardio-vascular and Flexibility), Self-defence or a combination of all. Meet our team of mobile personal trainers: Joe has trained in Thai Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). Now he uses his skills and enthusiasm to create effective and goal orientated sessions.
Selected to join the England Karate Squad at the tender age of 15, Joe is no stranger to the benefits of training hard. He’s no longer part of their team now but the dedication and physical discipline Joe learnt during this experience has shaped his career and approach to effective training. Joe works with keen and capable men and women, who share his passion for health and fitness.
Energetic and enthusiastic Joe shares his passion for mixed martial arts (MMA), he encourages and motivates you to unlock hidden potential by using body weight, endurance, core and power-based exercises. The most rewarding part of Joe’s job is seeing his clients progress their physical capability.

Meet our team of mobile Personal Trainers: Sonia has been a fitness professional since 2010. Fitness has always been a forming and integral part of her life. Since a child, she has devoted time and dedication to train as a dancer and although she didn’t undertake a career in dance, it has accompanied her fitness career. In her twenties and thirties she has embraced many forms of training in order to improve her fitness and set new challenges such as Yoga, Pilates and Body Conditioning. She believes that if we look after ourselves from the outside in and from inside out, we’ll live longer and better.
Nutrition, which was part of her Level 3 Diploma in Personal training, has always been of great interest to her and she believes that information and knowledge is key in order to learn to make changes for life that will improve our general health, as diets can’t be sustained in the long term and are punitive and non gratifying.
Fitness is for everyone of all ages, sizes and needs and it is never to late to start. It’s one of the best decision that we could take for ourselves and it’s a gratifying process to overcome any obstacle in order to achieve and maintain your goals. Sonia is great at motivating people and hugely enthusiastic. She takes a thorough approach in each session, always looking at strengthening weaknesses and at the same time giving encouragement. Being also a creative mind, it means that her sessions offer variety of exercises, techniques and systems of training. She is 100% passionate about her job and being able to help others in their lifelong fitness journey. While we all agree that training is demanding and tough, we can still have fun.
